CU/EPR/CPE(CR)
UL 44, UL 1277, ICEA S-95-658/NEMA WC70, ICEA S-75-381, or other standards on request.
H07RN-F features tinned/ bare copper conductors, Ethylene Propylene Rubber (EPR) insulation, and a Chlorinated Polyethylene (CPE) or Polychloroprene (CR) outer jacket, making it ideal for industrial power distribution, mining equipment, and control systems. EPR insulation delivers superior electrical properties, heat resistance and moisture resistance, with a maximum continuous conductor operating temperature of 90°C in both wet and dry locations, 130°C for emergency overload, and 250°C under short-circuit conditions. The CPE jacket provides excellent oil, chemical, UV, abrasion, and flame resistance, passing UL 1685 FT4 / IEEE 1202 flame tests and meeting -40°C cold bend requirements。
